Wound of Briccius I have this album on both digital and cassette forms, and I am greatly impressed by both! Although the album is pretty short, Warden Of The Vale by Vale Minstrel is a great, heartwarming dungeon synth album that any fan of the genre would like. I find Vale Minstrel more fantasy-like than Fief for example, but regardless, a unique and amazing experience. Favorite track: A Minstrel's Control Spell.

dharmalogos This makes me want to play the original Fable game, forcibly mosh with all the villagers who are minding their own business, and then shatter a glass of mead on a demon door.

Astor Upbeat, medieval style music that never gets old. Love listening to this album. Favorite track: Warden Of The Vale.

Alrihkh Listening to this sure puts me in the mood to play Dragon Warrior, The Ocarina of Time, or Ogre Battle 64. That or curl up in my recliner to read a fantasy tale by the flickering fire. This is wonderfully idyllic. Ideally, longer versions would up my rating.

Kaptain Carbon Vale Minstrel has tagged this release with “JRPG” among other things. The more I think about it the more I am inclined to believe this music would be perfect for a cozy new gen RPG set in some distant land. Warden of the Vales full dedication to fantasy themes is evident with music that is both immersive and competent.

Branden This is everything I love about medieval dungeon synth. Whimsical escapism in fields of ethereal nostalgia and longing. It is difficult to believe that such well crafted melodies are a first release from this artist. Vale Minstrel kills it. Favorite track: The Jester's Puzzle Box.
